I spend far less time on my passion than on my day job. I imagine this is the same for many entrepreneurs out there. The challenge presenting its self is turning the few hours a day you have to devote toward your business, into hours that will ultimately unlock one from being dependent on other sources of revenue.
The business I’m trying to start now has a relatively low startup cost. Right now my biggest impediment is time I can devote working with my partner and suppliers to make more progress in developing our product and brand. If both time and cost barriers are high a greater out of time must be spent fundraising to overcome these barriers. Finding startup capital would definitely free up more time for me to get things off the ground.
